  I have been ordering from this locations for about long time the staff is very friendly nice people great food. They messed up my order couple time But take that because time I have been ordered from here it's ok everyone made mistakes.

  The food was very good and the delivery person was amazing! He apologized for the delay and thanked me profusely for the generous tip....however, the person who answered the phone was terrible. As a customer service manager for over 20 years, if that first person gives you a bad impression, your company is tarnished. This gentleman had me waiting more than 5 minutes while I could hear him talking in the background and then he hung up. I called back and he argued with me about what had happened. I had to repeat my order 3 times before he got it right. After an hour I called back and was told that the delivery person had just left. He arrived very promptly but the experience was not pleasant all because of the fact that the first person ruined my opinion. I will try again but if the same thing happens again I will not return.
